Event House Collection
Event House is a small business owned by a group of family and friends who wished to cater marquees and tents to events. They also offer furnishing and table decoration.
The main problem
Event House came to us with a common problem most small businesses have. The problem of not having a marketing strategy and not being good with Social Media. It was essential that we redefined their strategy so it could mean they would be able to target a wider market.
Event House wanted to target weddings so it was essential that they worked on their tone of voice and branding to appeal to the audience. Typically, when it comes to weddings and all the planning associated with it – women like to take control. Therefore it is important to understand the needs of the target audience, their pain points and their ideal wedding. Once you get to the bottom of their needs, it is much easier to communicate to the audience effectively.
What we offered...
We wanted to start off the foundation of Event House correctly so we started by enhancing their Instagram page. We created a logo first that had a sophisticated and elegant look to it so it stood out to the female audience. We also created promotional images, pricing lists and Instagram highlight covers to add a little something to the page and also remain consistent with the brand. Additionally, we also redid their captions to sound more appealing and used the relevant hashtags.
Lastly, we launched an Instagram ad to help increase their following and help generate conversions.
